MISSION CONTROL
Mission Control is YOTEL’s version of a concierge desk. This one-stop service area offers a convenient shop and friendly one-on-one guest services. You can reach our Mission Control crew by phone from your cabin or by coming down to FOUR. The crew is available and ready to help 24/7.
Our Concierge service is also based at Mission Control. Ask our onsite experts for restaurant recommendations, sightseeing tips and help acquiring tickets for tours, shows and sporting events. Mission Control also offers emergency supplies such as toiletries and essentials.
YOBOT
It’s the world’s most radical approach to storing left luggage – it’s fun, it’s efficient, and it’s the most modern baggage management system in the world. It’s YOBOT.
Simply place your belongings in one of the 150 available bins, enter a PIN number and your last name, and watch YOBOT store your bags safely. YOBOT will print a receipt, which you can take with you and bring back to recover your belongings. YOBOT will scan the bar code on your receipt, using your PIN number and last name to locate the correct baggage so you can proceed to check-in.
DOHYO
YOTEL New York is very pleased to welcome China Grill Restaurant Group as the new operator of our food and beverage outlets on FOUR. We are excited about the energy and history of success in hospitality that they bring to the project. No part of our regular food and beverage service, including YO! Brunch, will be interrupted during this changeover and none of the spaces on FOUR – DohYo, Green Lounge or the bars – will be closed during this process.
CLUB CABINS
Surrounding the Club Lounge are private, glass-enclosed Club Cabins, available to guests day or night. Each Club Cabin is fitted with banquette seating, a coffee table that converts into a full-size dining table and a flat-screen TV.
GYM
The YOTEL gym is located on FOUR, adjacent to the Club Lounge. The efficient gym features the following Technogym equipment:
- Two elliptical machines
- Two treadmills
- One Concept rowing machine
- Two recumbent bikes
- Dumbbells – up to 50 pounds
- One Radiant Universal machine
- One weightlifting bench
