Innovative Self-Service Kiosks at Our Modern NYC Hotel
Our modern NYC hotel offers an innovative alternative to the frustrating lines at traditional hotel check-in desks – easy-to-operate self-service kiosks, open 24/7. The self-service check-in stations are located in the hotel’s Ground Control area, which is also staffed with a team of helpful crew members around the clock.
YOTEL’s standard check-in time is 3pm – check-out time is 11am. If you arrive at our hotel earlier than check-in, we will do our best to prepare your cabin. If we cannot accommodate you immediately, YOBOT will store your luggage until our crew can ready your cabin.
Step-by-Step Check-in Guide
Use your booking reference or the credit card you used to make reservations and enter it at the kiosk
- Provide your email address to receive new offers and information from YOTEL New York
- The kiosk will prompt you to choose either one or two key cards
- You will receive your cabin keys, a receipt and any special messages for you
- Take the elevators to FOUR (fourth floor) – take a right turn and ride the elevator to your cabin floor
