We have 20,000 square feet of flexible, transformable space that can inspire and promote team creativity, or simply provide a unique Midtown Manhattan meeting space in which to relax and enjoy food and drink with colleagues.
Our StudiYO and Boardroom serves as an ideal event venue in Midtown West, with space for up to 30 guests in a UShape arrangement, 50 in a classroom setup and 90 in a theater-style setting. StudiYO comes with state-of-the-art technology – including a huge screen for videos and presentations – and is equipped with the very latest sound system.
Take advantage of our Club Cabins and Club Lounge to hold breakout meetings, brainstorming sessions or new product exhibitions. After a productive day of meetings, step out onto the largest hotel terrace in New York City (heated in the winter) and relax – enjoy a cocktail with your traveling colleague, or host a reception for up to 450 of your local customers!
All event spaces feature complimentary Wi-Fi. Affordable catering and menu options are available.
WANT TO STAY TOO?
We welcome corporate and incentive group blocks of up to 300 guests with options for upgrading to cabin types with the ‘extra factor,’ like our First King Cabins and VIP Suites for your VIPs.
We can also offer group blocks for your special occasion, be it a wedding, reunion, or educational trip. For any requests of fewer than 10, please have your guests contact our Pre-Arrival Crew for our flexible rates.
